Senior Marketing Lead, Scandinavia
Do you thrive in a cross-market role where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution?
We are looking for a hybrid profile covering both strategic and hands-on to help drive the commercial marketing agenda across the Scandinavian region. As Senior Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for bringing a commercial marketing calendar to life, ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly, stakeholders are aligned, and all teams are set up for success. You will be the crucial link between marketing and broader organisation, making sure plans are clear, timelines are met, and communication flows effectively.As the Senior Marketing Lead, you will play an important role as the right hand to the Scandinavian Marketing Manager. You will work closely with both regional and global teams, helping to optimise processes and make the most of available resources, all while tailoring initiatives to fit local needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to developing the marketing strategy and part-responsible for executing the strategy.
- Lead the execution of the Nordic commercial marketing calendar, ensuring full alignment across markets.
- Drive the rollout of campaigns and work closely with the key stakeholders to plan and execute marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration and project management across the organisation.
The ideal candidate holds at least a bachelor’s degree and brings solid experience from a larger B2B or B2C environment, ideally within retail or wholesale, operating across multiple markets. With a background in marketing or communication, you are used to working with annual plans and execute commercial campaigns across different markets and segments.
You are a strong project manager with a strategic mindset and the ability to align teams without direct authority. You communicate clearly, stay on top of the details, and know how to turn strategy into action. Hands-on, structured, and commercially driven, you thrive in dynamic environments and take ownership from start to finish.
