Head of FP&A 

Do you want to work with FP&A in a Danish Finance organisation, where you will be responsible for a small team? Are you ready to take on responsibility for a very central area in an international growth company? Then you get the opportunity here.

Reporting to the CFO, you will be a key person in the Nordic Finance Organisation. You will lead a team of three employees, consisting of a permanently employed Business Controller and two Consultants. You must also act as an active sparring partner for the rest of the organisation, which is based on trust and where you act with a solution-oriented approach in a flat hierarchy.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly and annual accounts, budgets, analyses and reporting for six legal entities in the Nordic region
• Identifying and explaining discrepancies between budgets and actual results, as well as preparing pricing and business cases
• Monitoring cash flow forecasts and cash management in collaboration with head office in Italy
• Participating in cross-functional projects and ensuring that Finance contributes to optimisation and improvement
• Preparing and carrying out presentations to local management and HQ
• Ensuring precision, quality and meeting deadlines in a busy workday

You must be aware that it is the law of large numbers that applies, so even small deviations can have major consequences. Therefore, early monitoring, intervention and compliance with agreements are essential.

Personal qualities
As a person, you thrive with many balls in the air, an informal tone and a certain unpredictability in the working day. You have good communication skills, and you have impact that create credibility, transparency and real commitment. You are proactive, structured and analytical with a focus on results, and through your overview and judgment, you can execute efficiently and safely in a politically influenced international organisation.

You have a relevant financial background, preferably a trained accountant or relevant higher financial education. For example, you have a cand.merc., HD(R) or similar, or you have been a Financial Controller for many years.

At the same time, it is important to have a thorough knowledge of the banking or automotive world as well as a profound understanding of accounting.
It is also expected that you master Danish and English at negotiation level.
