AIR SUPPORT’s solutions are scalable, catering to both small operators and large, complex airlines globally.
AIR SUPPORT was established in 1989 and currently employs around 70 people. The company has two offices: the headquarters in Billund and another location in Odense. They also have sales representatives located globally.

Do you have solid experience leading international sales teams to success?
In this role, you will be responsible for the 14 employees in a global sales organization, with four managers in direct report. Your focus will be to lead, motivate, and guide your international team to achieve their goals. You will develop and execute the global sales and Go-To-Market strategy across all markets where AIR SUPPORT operates, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for the overall sales and marketing budget, ensuring that targets are met, and performance is continually optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and Go-To-Market strategies for targeted markets and segments.
- Manage and coordinate sales activities, including performance follow-up and employee motivation.
- Strengthen sales methodologies (pricing, forecasting, and pipeline management).
- Report monthly to management and the board.
- Build relationships at the executive level and support your team in e.g. contract negotiations.
- Participate in strategic sales meetings with major key accounts alongside the regional sales responsible.
- Collaborating on marketing strategy development with the Marketing Manager.
- Build and lead a motivated, high-performing commercial team.
You will report directly to the CEO and play an integral role as part of the AIR SUPPORT management team, fostering effective collaboration within the leadership group. You will be a key player in developing strategies and the establishment of the AIR SUPPORT sales organization and ensuring an exciting future for AIR SUPPORT.
International sales profile with a commercial og strategic toolbox
You have proven experience with c-level B2B sales, performance management of an international sales team and a strong background in developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies, managing pricing models, and working collaboratively with marketing. Experience with SaaS is a plus, but not a requirement.
You hold at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in a commercial field and have experience working in a similar role within an international/global company.
As AIR SUPPORT has Sales Representation located in Canada, Singapore, Belgium and France and customers all over the globe it is important that you enjoy travelling and have a family situation that can support an expected minimum of 60 travel days per year.
You can be located anywhere in Denmark if you are willing to work in average minimum one day per week from the headquarter in Billund.
