Taking Operations & Supply Chain to the next level
You have the opportunity to join PLIXXENT Group as a key player in ensuring operational excellence. As head of Operations & Supply Chain Management you collaborate with Matrix OSCM and the Executive Director to devise and implement strategic initiatives for Operations & Supply Chain. 

One of your main focus areas is to exceed customer and stakeholder expectations by maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Together with your team you deliver top-tier supply chain services and ensure timely product availability. You lead by example in managing resources, driving sustainable changes, and fostering team development. Your leadership responsibility comprises 12 employees in direct reference, a mix between Supply Chain (two of them outside DK), Production and HSEQ.

Some of your major tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Ensure efficient Order Management, Production Planning, Purchasing, and HSEQ support.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cost standards in Manufacturing and Maintenance.
• Establish and manage a robust management control and reporting structure for financial reporting and KPI tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement in S&OP and digitalization with SAP and Web shop.
• Manage CAPEX investments and maintain skilled personnel through training and development.

You report directly to the Executive Director of OSCM and to the Local Managing Director.

Proactive leader in Operations & Safety
You hold an engineering degree or equivalent in chemistry and are fluent in English. You have experience in handling dangerous goods, process safety, and foreign trade law compliance. 

With a positive, growth mindset, you excel in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. You thrive in international matrix organizations, lead proactively, and drive continuous improvements. Your skills in project management, negotiation, and LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt certification make you a valuable asset to the team.
